Langley Chase Organic Farm only produces and sells our own Manx Loagthan, a primitive, rare breed sheep. We raise all our own stock providing you entire traceability from our farm to your fork.
The Manx Loaghtan has significant health benefits over commercial breeds being far lower in fat and cholesterol. Not only that, our lamb, hogget and mutton are raised slowly and naturally on our organic, herb and wildflower pastures and during the winter they eat our hay.
Our produce has won 19 National Organic Food Awards including Best Organic Meat in the UK, for our Mutton; Best Organic Lamb, for our hoggett and Best Organic Mutton at the National Organic Food Awards from the Soil Association.

Animals are selected and butchered to be ready for delivery to your door on the dates below. We only produce a small batch of animals each time.
