Every animal we sell has been raised naturally on our organic pastures and provides you with traceability from our farm to your fork.
Because of the slow way we rear our sheep, they are available to order on a monthly basis.
Orders are expertly butchered by a Soil Association accredited Master Butcher, vacuum packed, labelled and come with recipes for you to try.
Our produce has been praised from some the UK's top chefs from Mark Hix to Rick Stein and won 19 National Organic Food Awards including Best Organic Meat in the UK, Best Organic Lamb and Best Organic Mutton.
The Manx Loagthan also has significant health benefits over commercial breeds being far lower in fat and cholesterol.
Hogget: A year old lamb, providing a richer, rounded flavour and reddish-pink coloured meat. Cooks like lamb.
Mutton: This outstanding meat provides a dark, ruby red cut with a gamey, deep, rich and rounded flavour.
Meat boxes are available once a month for delivery or collection from the farm.
