A Langley Chase Organic Farm whole hogget box contains:
- Two whole legs on the bone
- Two whole shoulders on the bone
- Two French trimmed and chined out racks
- 12 chops approximately
- Mince
The cuts are expertly butchered by a Soil Association accredited Master Butcher, vacuum packed, labelled and supplied in an insulated cool box.
